Advocates Academy is a program specifically designed as a training ground to accelerate performance of newer plaintiffs' attorneys. The academy focuses on instructor-led content paired with mentor-led roundtables to engage you and your peers while drawing on the experience of experts in the field.

 

The academy's rolling sequence is designed to provide an interactive learning experience over five OAJ conventions that are tailored to attorneys within their first 10 years of practice. Annual Convention will focus on the 4th segment - Business Considerations for Personal Injury Litigators.
